Pay-day distributor is live on mainnet
The Pay-day distributor is deployed on Robinhood Chain mainnet (4663). It is the on-chain sink for Reward from Pons and secondary royalties. Weekly settle pays 5% to the team wallet and locks 95% for merkle claim to each activated TBA — no arbitrary withdraw. Wired today to staging Activation / $PEPEH; production OpenSea + PonsFamily addresses need a new deploy at mint. Address and explorer link on Verify.

Activation is live on mainnet (staging wiring)
Activation is deployed on Robinhood Chain mainnet (4663) with hard-coded staging NFT and $PEPEH addresses so you can inspect the wiring before OpenSea mint. Discounts are fixed in code — 50% whitelist mint, 10% public — plus quest credit. OpenSea + PonsFamily addresses require a new Activation deploy at mint (those addresses are immutable). The Pay-day distributor is live on the same chain — see Verify. Explorer links on Verify.

Points order is locked: rarity, plan, crew, quest, then holding
Pay-day points are now base × plan × crew + quest + holding. A plan multiplies rarity — not time or effort. Crew lifts that same stack. Quest and the holding bonus are added after, the same for every character. The estimator, whitepaper, and article all use this formula.

Mint on OpenSea. List on PonsFamily. Check, don’t trust.
The collection mints on OpenSea. After mint, $PEPEH lists on PonsFamily. Both are public venues so anyone can inspect the collection, the pool, and the lock — not a private mint page and not a pool we spin up in secret. Collection, launch, pool, and lock links publish on Verify. Pay-day is Reward from Pons plus secondary royalties only.

Admin rules are public — no pause, no blacklist, not upgradeable
Listing on PonsFamily lets us lock the answers that used to sit behind “at mint.” $PEPEH has no pause and no blacklist. Protocol contracts are not upgradeable. The Pay-day distributor has no arbitrary withdrawal — weekly 95/5 is the only outflow. Reward from Pons is our creator share of PonsFamily trading fees, routed to the distributor at listing. Liquidity is locked automatically. OpenSea collection + PonsFamily token addresses still publish at mint. NFT mint price and activation $PEPEH per rarity still publish at mint.

Pay-day tap 1 is Reward from Pons
The first inflow into the Pay-day distributor is Reward from Pons — our creator share of trading fees on the PonsFamily listing. Secondary NFT royalties stay the second tap. Those two streams are the whole pot. Quiet week for the token can still produce a pot from collection sales; neither is a promised yield.

After mint, $PEPEH lists on PonsFamily
Once the NFT mint is finished, $PEPEH is deployed and liquidity is created on PonsFamily — a public launch on Robinhood Chain, not a pool we spin up in private. You buy activation $PEPEH on that market. Launch, pool, and lock links publish on Verify, so anyone can check the listing instead of taking our word for it.

100 on the wall. The rest wait for mint.
The gallery still lists all 7,777 characters — tier, traits, Pay-day points — but only #1–#100 show their art. Everything else is sealed until mint, so the full set cannot be copied off the site. Click a sealed tile for the record. The pictures publish with the mint.

Every character now has papers
The PepeHood Passport is open, and all 7,777 of them are live today — no mint required to go and look. It is a travel document for a frog: class, distinguishing marks, a real ICAO machine-readable strip with working check digits, and a page of Pay-day stamps. Every stamp page is currently empty, because Pay-day has not run and nobody has been anywhere. The record belongs to the character rather than to you, so selling it hands over the stamps and the desk along with the art. Blank now, filling in from mint.

Daily quests are open — earn your activation down
Three quests a day on X: like, repost, comment. Finish all three and you bank 100 score, plus 10 per consecutive day up to +50. Score is not a token and cannot be traded — it is a credit that comes off your activation cost on top of the fixed mint-route discount, and it covers at most 25% of what is left. Show up daily and becoming a Hood Broker gets cheaper.

What a missed quest day costs, before and after mint
The two phases treat a break differently, so here it is plainly. Before mint your credit is banked: every day you complete adds to your activation credit and it stays added. Missing a day only drops your daily rate back to the base 100 — we are not clawing back progress toward an activation nobody can perform yet. After mint, quest points reset. Those track your current unbroken run rather than a balance, so one missed UTC day sets them to zero and your next completed day starts at day one. No grace day, no freeze, no buying a run back.

Quest runs will keep counting after mint
Daily quests run in two phases. Before mint they earn banked activation credit at a flat rate — everyone the same, since no characters exist to weight it by. After mint the same three tasks start adding Pay-day points: +1 per day, +5 per 7-day streak and +15 per 28-day streak, to a +63 ceiling on a full run. Quest points are added *after* the multipliers, not inside them, so a day of effort is worth the same to every character and no plan can buy more of it. A run stops paying past 28 days, so this can never pile up into a lead late arrivals cannot catch.

Characters in the same wallet now lift each other
Holding more than one activated character earns a crew multiplier — +7.5% on your second, tapering to a +15% ceiling. It applies to every character's rarity × plan, so a wallet is worth more than its characters added up. Quest and holding are added after. Splitting across wallets lowers your count rather than raising it, so there is nothing to farm here.

The holding bonus is now front-loaded
It was a flat crawl that took too long to feel like anything. It now climbs +1.5 points a week for your first 20 weeks, then keeps creeping at +0.25 to a +45 ceiling. The bonus is added last, so a plan does not multiply time, and it does far more for a Common than a Mythic. Sell up and the buyer keeps half your accrued clock.

Hood Citizens and Hood Brokers
Holding and earning are genuinely different states here, and calling both of them “holders” was hiding that. Mint a character and you are a Hood Citizen — you own the art and can vote once governance opens. Activate it and you become a Hood Broker, with a wallet of your own and a share of Pay-day. Every Citizen can become a Broker; activation is the door.

No airdrop — fixed activation discount instead
Airdrops make the deployer wallet spray thousands of addresses, bubble maps light up, and trackers keep counting it as team supply. So we removed it. Every character now gets a fixed discount off its activation cost — 50% for whitelist mints, 10% for public. No tokens leave the deployer; everyone buys $PEPEH on the open market.

“Trade” and “Alpha” are open
Two tools that exist today, separate from the protocol. “Trade” is a launch-and-trade desk; “Alpha” is a quieter research lane for reading the room before you move. Both settle in native ETH or $PEPEH, and paying in $PEPEH costs 50% less. That discount comes out of product revenue — it does not touch the Pay-day distributor.

Whitelist is open
Finish four tasks on X, leave a wallet, and you land in the higher discount band if you mint. Mint price and date are still to be announced and will publish here first.
Announcements go out on X at the same time. For the rules behind any of this, read the whitepaper or check Verify.
