Every character carries a PepeHood Passport: a travel document for a frog, recording what that character has actually done. Pay-days collected, weeks held, upgrades filed, quest runs survived.
Right now every single one of them is blank. Nothing has happened yet — which makes this page the most honest thing on the website. Look one up anyway; the documents are real even if the stamps are not there.
It belongs to the character
Not to you. The record lives with the token, so selling the character hands over the stamps, the desk and half the accrued holding clock along with the art.
It only counts what happened
Stamps are Pay-days actually collected, weeks are weeks actually held. Nothing on the page is a projection, which is why most of it is currently blank.
It fills in from mint onward
Minting issues the document and makes you a Hood Citizen. Activating it makes you a Hood Broker and starts the holding clock, the upgrades and the stamps.
It is not a leaderboard
A long record does not buy a bigger share on its own. Points do that, and the holding bonus stops climbing at a +45 ceiling. The passport just shows the receipts.
Forging one is possible and pointless. This page only renders what the collection metadata and the published rules already say; the chain keeps the copy that decides anything.

Mint
The document is issued and the overprint comes off. You are a Hood Citizen: you own the art and you can vote when governance opens.

Activate
Every Citizen can become a Broker. Activation is the door. The desk is created, the holding clock starts at +1.5 a week, and the character becomes eligible for Pay-day.

Collect
One stamp per Pay-day collected. The rest of the record — weeks held, upgrades, crew size, longest quest run — updates alongside it.
